Regrettably, because all our products are made to each customers specifications, we are unable to accept returns or give refunds unless there is a fault with the product itself.
Please ensure all measurements are accurate and that all specifications are understood. We cannot accept alterations or liability for incorrect instruction or measurements.
In the unlikely event that we make some error, this will be rectified A.S.A.P. at our expense.
Defective or Damaged Goods
You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us by email within 3 days of delivery if the goods are damaged or the order is incomplete. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods if you have not contacted us within this time.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, we will contact you by email to arrange the return of goods. You will be entitled to receive a replacement plus any return postal costs. Claims for incomplete or damaged orders cannot be considered after this time.
We have taken all reasonable care to insure that the description and details of our products appearing on the website are correct. Please be aware that there may be a slight variation in colour's due to the effect of photography and the viewing on different screens.
